Shipping rates

• United States, order over $60 — free.
• United States, order under $60 — flat $5.
• Canada — from $14, calculated at checkout by weight.
• UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand — from $18, calculated at checkout by weight.

We do not currently ship to other destinations. If you are elsewhere and want an order, email us and we will see what we can do.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays. During a restock or the weeks before Christmas, processing can take up to 4 business days and we will say so on the site banner.

• US — 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.
• Canada — 5–10 business days.
• UK, EU, Australia, NZ — 7–14 business days.

International orders may attract import duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the true value on the customs form; we cannot mark an order as a gift to reduce duty.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a jar arrives broken, send a photo to [email protected] and we will replace it at no cost. You do not need to return the broken one.

If tracking shows no movement for seven consecutive business days, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund. We handle the claim, not you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused candle in its original jar. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back.

• Our error (wrong item, damaged, defective) — we pay return postage and refund in full.
• Changed your mind — you pay return postage. Refund is issued for the item price once it arrives in resaleable condition.
• Already burned — we cannot accept it. If it burned badly, tell us; a candle that tunnels or goes out repeatedly is a defect and we will replace it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong scent, we will swap it for another of equal value, provided the jar is unused. We do not charge for the second shipment within the US.

Cancellations

If your order has not been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund in full. Once it is with the carrier, use the returns process above.
